Crisis Management: How To Cover An Enormous Spot

I woke up on Friday morning with a spot of such epic proportions that I was actually lost for words when I looked in the mirror (usually an expletive of some description springs from my lips in these situations). Face of the Day: Casual Friday

Happy Friday, beauties! I decided to keep my make-up very casual today, using only a few products. I evened out my skin tone with a bit of foundation, and concealed under my eyes, as usual. I then primed my eyelids and filled in my brows. I swept a minky/taupe shadow over my eyelids, and accentuated the outer corners with a grey shimmer. Boots Beauty Haul

Our darling friend Charlotte is arriving from London next week, so I took the liberty of putting in a sneaky Boots order. Full reviews to follow, but in the meantime, here’s a run down of what I ordered: Hydraluron Moisture Booster Hyaluronic acid is found in the body and is responsible for maintaining moisture levels in the top layer of the skin. We produce it naturally, but it becomes more difficult as we get older (sigh).
