Saturday dawned wet and miserable, but nothing could dampen our spirits as we were off to a Royal Baby Shower! Mama Mio hosted us at the brand new Langaro Lifestyle Centre in Camps Bay for a morning of games and pampering in honour of (our friend) Princess Kate’s impending motherhood. We were treated to manis and pedis from Langaro’s team of expert primpers and taken on a tour of their facilities which include a hair salon, nail studio, fitness centre, beautiful treatment rooms and a luxury boutique. My Skincare Routine: Camilla

I have been trying a number of different products recently and I feel like I’m onto a good thing with my current routine, so I thought I’d share it with you. To recap, my skin is incredibly dry, and I suffer with rosacea (which I keep under control with antibiotics) and blemishes. Lately I have also been experiencing congestion on my cheeks which I think is largely down to exercising with make-up on (naughty) – I am trying to remember to take my foundation off now before I hit the gym.

Winter Skin Savers: Your Body

I don’t know about you, but my whole body feels so dry at the moment and if I don’t slather on moisturiser twice a day, I end up looking like a scaly wreck. Flawless Face Series Part III: Concealer

Concealer helps to even out your skin tone, cover blemishes and disguise dark circles. It comes in various forms – pens, creams, sticks – you will need to play around a little and see which formulation you like best. I like to separate concealers into two categories: those for the under-eye area, and those for blemishes/the rest of the face.
