The 55th Grammy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night, and even though the attendees were warned to tone down the sartorial sexiness, that didn’t stop them from going all-out on the beauty front. Here are my top 5 looks:
Simple slick-backed hair, perfectly arched brows, bold red lips and classic black eyeliner – I am a big fan of this sophisticated, modern look from Beyonce.Jennifer Lopez rocked a severe top bun to show off her incredible features. Look at those cheekbones! I love the glossy nude lip gloss and graphic eyeliner.I’ll be the first to admit that I am not a fan of Alexa Chung, but I have to concede that she looks absolutely gorgeous here. Here is a girl who knows how to work the pale skin/red lip combo.Kelly Rowland let her dress do the talking and kept her hair and make up understated. Heavy black liner, nude lip, glossy hair – perfection.Saving the best for last, my favourite look of the night. Rihanna, your beautiful brows, glowing skin and pouty red lips are the stuff that dreams are made of. Bravo.
