Can you recommend a locally available alternative to the Living proof thickening cream.

Hi Hanneri – as I mentioned in the video, I’m afraid that I don’t know of an alternative product.

      Smooches for you! xx

Sorry – I missed that. Even though I have watched the video twice now and have started using some of the products recommended by you. Will let you know if I see a big difference. In the meantime I have been searching for locally available thickening creams/sprays and came up with the following: Hannon More Hair Volumising Mist (Retailbox), Kevin Murphy Full Again Thickening Lotion (Retailbox and Test Box), and TIGI Catwalk Thickening Gel Creme (Test Box) as well as Paul Mitchell Extra Body Thicken Up (Retailbox). Osis+ blow and go thick (Retailbox) also looks worth investigating.

I like the sound of that Kevin Murphy thickening lotion! I’ll try and get my hands on some.

Thanks for this lovely video. I also have very thin long hair with a mind of it’s own so I love some of these suggestions. Why I am actually posting is to ask what you are using on your brows? They are the perfect colour and I am really struggling to match up colour for my brows to my hair at the moment.

Hi Celeste – I use Soap & Glory Archery Pencil in Blondeshell but it’s not available in SA. The best local alternatives for blondes are the MAC brow pencil in Fling and Smashbox Brow Tech to Go in Taupe.
