Let’s be frank, winter is not kind to us girls – particularly if, like me, you have to wear stockings and high heels to work…ingrown hairs and dry heels for days! But don’t despair – help is at hand, and you have my mother to thank for this one. I was back home a few weeks ago and was happily ensconced in my Vogue when a rogue foot was suddenly thrust into my face. “Feel my feet – just FEEL how soft they are!” she said. So I did. And they were! When she told me it was all down to Environ Derma-Lac Lotion, I immediately purchased a bottle and began diligently applying it morning and night, and the results are incredible. My feet have been transformed into the feet of a tiny little newborn baby – so soft and supple that I have to resist the urge to ask people to stroke them (not in a creepy way).
Derma-Lac Lotion contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which are essential in smoothing out uneven, congested skin. It sloughs away dead skin cells in a jiffy, so it’s perfect for ingrown hairs, rough patches and those pesky bumps on the back of the arms. Just a caution though, it will make your skin more susceptible to sun damage, so be sure to use a sun screen!
